Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine and Donegal TD, Charlie McConalogue, visited The Skipper Expo at the UL Arena in Limerick City last Friday. During his visit to the Expo, the Minister met with many Donegal fishers, aquaculture farmers and marine businesses who were attending the Expo and who had stands at the Expo.
Commenting on his visit, Minister McConalogue said “It was great to have the Irish marine sector together in one venue and to meet with fishers, processors, aquaculture farmers and marine businesses, agencies and charities from right across our coastal counties. While visiting the Expo, I met many attendees and exhibitions from Donegal which shows the importance of the marine sector to our county.”
