McConalogue meets TFI Local Link DSL

Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine and Donegal T.D., Charlie McConalogue, met the TFI Local Link Donegal Sligo Leitrim team while in Killybegs this week. Minister McConalogue met with TFI Local Link DSL head Fiona O’Shea and team to discuss their current service offering throughout the North West and to discuss supports and strategies to help improve their services in the future.

 

Local Link is a development of the Rural Transport Programme and it aims to increase the availability of transport in rural areas.

 

Commenting, the Minister said “The Local Link DSL service is a crucial service for the North West and vital for inclusion and accessibility in rural Ireland. It was great to meet Fiona and the team in their Killybegs offices and to discuss their current service offering.”
